We want you to love your Nyxavor purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order – free of charge.
Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.

Some items (such as final sale, intimates, or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return – please check the product page.
Free Return Process

Contact us at mia66889@outlook.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible countries) and instructions.

Pack the item(s) securely and attach the label.

Drop off the package at your nearest carrier location.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exceptions
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a free replacement or full refund.
